We are more interested in the intrinsic skills that helped make you successful in your current endeavors than in your specific field of study. During the interviews we are looking for further evidence of the same capabilities as during the application screen.

What We Look For gives details on the four capabilities we're looking for--Problem Solving, Achieving, Personal Impact, and Leadership. Business knowledge is not on the list.
