Assessment Process

All offices are looking for the same capabilities, and all use case interviews. Other details of the interview process (e.g., number of rounds, number of interviews per round) vary depending on the country with which you're interviewing. The U.S. and Canadian offices typically conduct their initial rounds of interviews together, but offices in other countries interview separately from the onset.

We have collected a few example assessment processes below. If you are invited to interview, you will be given all the necessary details. For now, it is safe to focus your preparation on business case interviews, independent of the offices you have preferenced.
