McKinsey & Company is a management consulting firm that advises senior management of the world’s leading organizations on a variety of issues.

We undertake a diverse array of work across many industries (financial institutions, energy and materials, healthcare, media and telecom, high tech, travel and logistics, automotive, and non-profit) and functions (operations, strategy, marketing and sales, organization, finance, and business technology).

A client will engage us to address a specific management issue. We then assemble a team to work with the client for a specified period of time. The teams tend to be small (3-5 consultants) and most engagements are 1-6 months in length.
